Hoca is a leading manufacturer of Halal meat products in Belgium where it operates from two production facilities near Kortrijk.
The acquisition of Hoca is in-line with Isla Délice’s plans for international expansion and complements the ongoing strong organic growth driven by favourable market dynamics.
Christophe Hoste, CEO of Hoca Meat Products will continue to manage Hoca as part of the wider Isla Délice group.
