Perwyn is pleased to announce that Isla Délice is purchasing the St-André-sur-Vieux-Jonc production site (Ain) from Bell France. Isla Délice has been a portfolio company since 2018.
This acquisition is part of Isla Délice’s €20 million industrial investment plan over the next two years in France. In addition to the acquisition of the Saint-André-sur-Vieux-Jonc site from Bell France, this will entail a complete restructuring of the site and its production equipment, as well as investment at the historic Isla Délice site, located in Neulise (Loire).
The purpose of these investments is to both increase Isla Délice’s production capacity, in order to support the company’s sustained growth, and to enable the production of new product ranges in order to meet the demands of its consumers and retail customers.
