• Accounting firms Cabinet Jacques Rozenbaum (Paris) and Audit Conseiles (Alsace) join Keobiz and Kerogo Services to create Kerogo Finance
  • The entire group will benefit from the extensive experience in tech that Keobiz and Kerogo Services brings to the table
  • The group continues to seek further acquisitions within accounting

We are delighted to announce that the accounting firms Cabinet Jacques Rozenbaum (based in Paris) and Audit Conseils (based in Alsace) have joined Keobiz and Kerogo Services to create Kerogo Finance.

Kerogo Finance is a leading accountancy group with diversified brands and offerings to cover different customer needs. It is focused on leveraging technology to ensure it continues to deliver service to meet today’s business requirements.

Each entity will retain its identity and will continue to deliver high-quality services tailored to their respective client segments.  The new group will benefit from Kerogo Services’ extensive expertise in tech, particularly in digital marketing and through its tech platform.  The CEOs of the two new acquisitions have invested in Kerogo Finance and will maintain their operational roles.

Kerogo Finance is experiencing strong growth, with sales in excess of €40m and more than 17,000 clients. The group offers the full range of services expected from a modern accounting firm.

With our support, Kerogo Finance continues to seek additional acquisitions within accounting. Ideal targets would have in excess of €5m in revenue and recognise the need to evolve and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment; notably with regard to e-invoicing, new services, and the impact of technology.

John Gallagher, Investment Director at Perwyn, said: “We are delighted to create Kerogo Finance, which will enable Keobiz’s digital expertise to be shared with other firms. Since our investment in Keobiz in 2020, we have remained convinced that we must support the accounting profession in keeping pace with a rapidly evolving world — particularly with regard to technology. The group’s success is not possible without the efforts of all the employees, who we would like to thank. We also wish to express our gratitude to Jacques, Yannick, and Catherine for the trust they have placed in us by joining Kerogo Finance.”

Christophe Pingard, CEO of Kerogo Services, said: “We are thrilled to provide our technology platform, as well as our marketing, commercial, and operational expertise, to these new firms. Like many B2B industries in recent years, accounting expertise is set to become increasingly digital, while clients will simultaneously expect more service. We are actively preparing for this shift.”

Hugues Husson de Sampigny, CEO of Kerogo Finance, said: “The Kerogo Finance accounting group provides us with the opportunity to organize all our teams — accountants, employees, and specialists — into centres of expertise, enabling us to proudly support our clients in their growth challenges, and strengthen our role as co-pilots for business leaders.”

Jacques Rozenbaum, CEO of Cabinet Jacques Rozenbaum, added: “Since its inception, Cabinet Jacques Rozenbaum has stood out for the quality of its work and its unique position in the OOH segment. With the support of the Kerogo Finance Group, we are about to write a new chapter. This integration represents an opportunity to take on new challenges and amplify our impact in our core industry while staying true to our DNA.”

Yannick Meschberger, CEO of Audit Conseils, concluded: “This integration will enable Audit Conseils to strengthen its market position and presents fresh opportunities for growth, as well as synergies in expertise and know-how with the other members of the new group. This project was designed to preserve our corporate culture, while also allowing us to leverage the skills and expertise of a group that supports both technical and commercial activities, as well as transversal and digital services.”
