Flexible funding

We look to invest £/€20m-100m per deal for growth capital and/or to partially de-risk shareholders. We have a growth mindset focused on investing in minority equity, flexible debt solutions and venture capital.

Founder/Entrepreneur control

We believe in backing the entrepreneur’s vision. Therefore our investments leave them in control of delivering the business plan. We are one of very few investors who can provide a true minority equity deal.

Flexible hold-periods

Our permanent capital funding model means we are not driven by the usual fund lifecycles on deployment and exit. We are there to support you throughout your growth journey.
