Perwyn sells Spanish Solar Portfolio to Sonnedix
Sonnedix, an independent global solar power producer, has acquired Perwyn’s portfolio of 9 operating solar PV plants with a combined capacity of 11.3MW in late November. This transaction underlines the health of the Spanish solar sector and is positive for its future development. Aurea Capital Partners, investment manager and partner in the portfolio, has led the origination, acquisition, refinancing and divestment process from sellers´ side since 2014, currently has more than 1GW in different stages of development in the greenfield sector.
