We are pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Harrison as Partner and Head of Capital Formation. This strategic hire comes as Perwyn continues to expand its team to solidify its position as a key player in the industry.

In this role, he successfully drove institutional investor coverage, business development, and deal origination, further establishing himself as a respected expert in the field. With a proven track record in managing global relationships and international networks, Andrew is well-equipped to help manage and grow Perwyn’s capital base.
Prior to his tenure at Greenhill & Co., Andrew served as Head of Investor Relations at Silverfleet Capital Partners. Notably, he played a pivotal role in developing and overseeing the firm’s investor base while serving as a member of the Investment, Portfolio Monitoring, and the ESG and Valuation Committees. Earlier in his career, Andrew held the position of Head of Origination and Due Diligence, EMEA and APAC, at Credit Suisse’s Private Funds Investment Banking Group, where he was responsible for establishing new general partner relationships and advising on significant deals totalling in excess of $18.5 billion.
Andrew’s educational background includes an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London, and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Management Science from the University of Edinburgh. As we continue our growth trajectory, having his expertise and industry respect will be a great asset.”
Andrew Harrison, newly appointed Partner and Head of Capital Formation, Perwyn, added: “I was drawn to Perwyn due to their unique investment approach, setting them apart from others in the industry. I am looking forward to partnering with sophisticated investors on an asset level basis and am convinced Perwyn’s differentiated model will provide a compelling opportunity for institutions looking to invest alongside us in deals. I am excited to contribute my expertise and support the team in seizing these opportunities for maximum gains.
“Through my well-honed interpersonal skills, extensive international experience, and strong connections with investors, I am eager to develop strong partnerships worldwide and convey Perwyn’s differentiated investment approach and exceptional track record to a wider audience. My goal is to foster greater growth and deliver exceptional returns as we drive Perwyn’s success forward.”
