ESLA is a portfolio of 9 solar PV plants with an installed capacity of 11.3 MWp based in Spain.
Overview
Perwyn bought the first assets in January 2015 and completed four additional transactions to create the portfolio. The portfolio was sold in November 2019 to Sonnedix, a global IPP focused on solar power assets.
Investment Strategy
- Invest in Spanish solar following a regulatory restructuring ahead of international investors returning
- Create a portfolio of scale which was of interest to large scale consolidators
- Optimise plant operations to enhance solar power production
